I loved taking this class with Professor Ronald Clanton. I hope I get to take many more IT classes with him. He is one of the best teachers, educators and mentors I've ever had the privilege to have in my life!

I had the privilege of taking the ITIL 4 Foundation course with Professor John Woods. He is a very personable and enjoyable professor to have, and you can tell that he has a vast amount of experience in the field. He always tried to use real-world examples and scenarios that us the students could use to tie-in with the concepts that we had at hand in class; and for that, I will forever be grateful to him. I couldn't have asked for a better professor or experience during this course! Professor John Woods is the best!

Tough course for two weeks for someone with no experience.

loved the class

Must stay focus-oriented and take notes. Can get confusing if not properly prepared.

Fantastic job! I really appreciated all the staff as well. The culture here at ACI is wonderful.

The course is good just that on the final exam the question about looking up files on the mac os was confusing as the answer that was taught was the incorrect one.
