The course was a change now transitioning into in person classes. I still learned just as much if not more being engaged in a real classroom.

I am only giving it a five because I feel like I gained the important information I need to prepare for the test. The course material needs to be updated ASAP. Like I stated previously, the instructor did a really good job tying all the information together.

Mr. Shuja was awesome! The delivery of the ITIL instruction of was flawless. He is the main reason I understood and passed ITIL. The way he explained everything and answered our questions made it beneficial for my learning. I would definitely recommend him for future course instruction.
