Overall great instructor but lots of information crammed into a short time, I understand that's how it's set up, no complaints, just nervous that I didn't really have enough time or practice to learn enough for the exam/test. Thanks Eugene you are awesome! Fingers crossed I can pass this course because I really enjoy this material and want to learn more!

Pretty good instructor very knowledgeable. Was able to explain the terms and answer everyone's questions thoroughly.

Overall the class was good for its intended purpose, will not say it was perfect because if it was there would be nothing to strive for. Great teacher who is very knowledgeable and broke down the information in a way that almost anyone could understand if they were putting in the effort. I would add a week or half a week for reviews for the actual certification prep... Or a seperate study hall that helps prep you for the certification specifically. Overall good for obtaining the knowledge though.

I love this course, I loved the Professor (Ronald Clanton), I loved ACI Learning as a whole as well as the staff there and I feel really blessed to have been a part of not just this course, but the entire CUSS program offered by ACI Learning. This program was life changing for me (in a really good way of course).
