Very amazing teachers, and always there to help if something is not understood. Quite impossible to fail. Mr. Bennett was very helpful, he helped me with anything I didn't understand. He made the course very easy to understand as well as put real life understanding into the course. Couldn't of asked for a better teacher for this part of the course.

I do feel a tad behind from the lack of hearing and I do feel that I will need to do a bit of prep work in order to sit for the certification just because I dont feel prepared

Please review some of the questions on the final exam to ensure that they are relevant and worded in a way that is applicable to the material provided.

Overall great course. From ITIL - A+ - Network + - Security+ it was all an enjoyable experience. I feel prepared to venture out and take the certifications in which this program has targeted.

Mr. Shuja was awesome! The delivery of the ITIL instruction of was flawless. He is the main reason I understood and passed ITIL. The way he explained everything and answered our questions made it beneficial for my learning. I would definitely recommend him for future course instruction.
