Best Instructor for ITIL4.

I like Jerry but I could do without the amount of curse words he used at times during class. It wasn't consistent every evening but it would be great to teach w/o using a curse word or colorful metaphor. It wasn't limited to him as other students cursed at times. Definitely don't need the f bomb word mentioned as there were a lady or two students participating in the course.

I commend ACI for placing very educated and knowledgeable staff in place to instruct us with an effective study lesson during each class that I have taken.

Awesome class to get new knowledge and refresh knowledge already learned.

He's a cool guy.

Very impressed with the class and gave a broader look into IT as a business.

I believe more hands on learning during the course could have been an added bonus. I really enjoyed learning the material.

Great infomation. Could use a little more structure as far as infomation flow.
