I love this course, I loved the Professor (Ronald Clanton), I loved ACI Learning as a whole as well as the staff there and I feel really blessed to have been a part of not just this course, but the entire CUSS program offered by ACI Learning. This program was life changing for me (in a really good way of course).
5 stars all the way very great instructor to teach this course
I'm very confident in the ITIL process and will achieve enormous success with the information attained.
It was great and the teacher was excellent and was well knowledgeable of the course material
This course was very engaging, forcing myself to really dig deep to retain the vast amounts of information I need to become successful in IT Security.
The course itself was not engaging. The instructor's passion is what made this course possible.
