They should have after-hour "tutors" for people who are in the evening course. I think that would help some of us. The test should be made similar to the real CompTIA test, so when we actually take the test we would be ready for it and not get shocked.

The instructor was great and I enjoyed the course. I definitely recommend the instructor for tis course. He not only is passionate about what he does, but he understands the material as well.

more lab based training and or one on one mentoring for the later evening classes

The A+1102 is easy to understand.

This course was like nothing else I've ever experienced but I'm so glad I had the people and the instructor that I did. I started the course with no knowledge of CompTIA, but know I have all this useful information I know I'll use in the future.

Great course. The only thing I would change would be to have any questions answered after class for those who want to stay after. There are students such as myself that have to wake up at 0445 hrs to start work.

ACI needs to improve. Needs better instructor hiring.
