You will need to go beyond this class to get the knowledge you need for certification. ACI gives plenty of outside resources you can use, for free to help fill in the gaps.

please review the mid and end of course assessments otherwise the materials and lesson guides are really spot on for content and syllabus.

Course was informative.

I am just not a fan of networking otherwise, this was good material and a good instructor.

The menus for the labs did not match the instruction. I worked each lab as much as I coud but the lab experience for me was not good. The labs are a great resource but were frustrating to use.

Now that I am aware of the functions and components of an operating system within and over a geographical area, I look forward to learning in-depth information about a network/s.

I appreciate this courseware and the instructor who taught us ITIL4 Foundations. Would very much recommend to anyone interested.
