"To what extent have you been equipped with new skills / knowledge?" has been given 3 stars but this reflects the fact that I have 40 years' experience in DM rather than a negative reflection of the course. I think the course can be a wake-up call for a suitably organised and motivated organisation, that wants to extract maximum value from its data.
Greatest teacher i ever had. Jerry for president. no for real though he was great and the course was awesome thank you ACI.
Passionate, Knowledgeable, and invested instructor. Jeremiah Miner left it all in the classroom during each Lecture.
Great course....would recommend instructor and course to anyone.
Great class overall and with the knowledge gained in these last two weeks, I feel confident that I will pass the ITIL exam!
I recommend this course to students looking to learn about ITIL.
