Loved the course, loved the instructor. The instructor was very helpful and extremally knowledgeable. I just wish the course was a week longer to go more in depth on the information and if we had quizzes throughout the week.

Not very interested in Software overall, but Mr. Hamric has made the training active and entertaining to where my opinion on software has changed. I may look at getting into a career field with hardware/software.

I'm on a Mac and sometimes the labs to match up with the instructions on the left or at least what I'm seeing on my computer

Really enjoyed the ITIL 4 Foundation course, I really learned a lot. The instructor (Mr. Eric Goodoien) made learning this course very interesting, achievable, and fun. We were challenged in many ways which led to the entire class passing both exams and the overall course. I'm glad to be part of ACI Learning.
