Good course, it could be tough for beginners so a background in networking would be useful. may need to extend course length but overall I enjoyed the experience

The LABS should NEVER require a personal Microsoft account login. They weren't always reliable with staying online. The machines require updates.

Thank you for teaching this course. I feel much more prepared for the exam. I know what I need to study over the next few weeks and will be more confident (sort of) when i schedule the exam.

Marcia's clear focus and determination to achieve goals among a student group is clear cut and decisive. Using an objective list with guidelines she is able to exceed any standard without hesitation and with an authoritative initiative. Given a chance to work within our field, I would highly recommend her expertise in study, workgroup, leadership development and spirit to win naturally among a competitive work environment .
