The class was a wonderful building block but its just a small step in the beginning of my IT journey. The slides are effective for a learner like myself but I think more hands on instructor led labs would be great.

Overall, the instructor made the experience easier. I was afraid of failing due to NEVER having to deal with IT or anything related, but I've grasped the basic knowledge and I feel confident going forward.

Overall, if I was suggesting this to colleague I would suggest to them to use the resources that is provide to quiz yourself and get more into with the material. The instructor actual is someone who you could relate with and is willing to have one on one discussion on tops you are still unfamiliar with. But I would highly recommend it to them as I was recommended by one.
