I've learned a lot here at my time at ACI. I had prior IT experience without certifications and I still learned something new everyday, and a lot of the material taught here will certainly help me out in my future career. Thank you for the ISA experience.

Overall I think this Computer User Support program needs to be longer..this is a shotgun of knowledge and if its considered an introduction course for people with 0 tech knowledge then its needs to be much longer. Id say at least a weak per core subject. Even being tech savvy and having some background knowledge this course expands upon it so much I might as well barely know how to turn on a computer.

Great course overall! I feel prepared to compete in the job market.

Thanks for this opportunity and portion of the course. Very much needed and helps get you in the mindset and in shape to take on your future endeavors.
