Having attended other courses from other companies in the past it was nice to find one where the instructors do not "teach the test" and rather teach the foundations of the knowledge needed to pass the test - not simply the answers.
Great course and helped me understand the ITIL concepts.
More lab time needs to be added when it come to networking and security.
Great course, great instructor. I highly recommend this course to anyone with a passion for IT and thirst for knowledge. This course definitely provided the information and know-how of a Cisco Administrator in a retainable way.
Labs where great, I learned a life long skill
