I have truly never been more excited about the process of learning a new field as I have been with my transition into IT. We are being instructed by industry professionals that can speak to the reality of working in the field, so not only are we learning material we are shown it's application in an approachable and digestible way

The biggest thing I would say. Maybe a course for the folks that are new to IT have a start off with something less complicated. This is alot of information. ITIL maybe the start of IT however it being an introduction course may be a little overwhelming
