Great Instructor. Fantastic course material.

Need more test question examples for each category

Mr. John is a very understanding and patient person. He guided the class in the right direction of the need to know basis. He related to us and laughed with us as well. For that, I can say...the best instructor I have had outside of college. I wish he taught other classes. If he did, I would enroll in them knowing that he would teach me at his fullest potential.

Excellent course for being only ten days, which can be daunting to some people. It's beginner friendly and material is easy to understand.

I enjoyed the course and thought it give me the tools and knowledge I needed to know about ITIL 4!

I am thrilled I completed my courses successfully, but I wish it wasn't over yet because I have so much more I would like to learn, and ACI Learning provided a great experience. Even though I work full time and the evening courses made a long day, I looked forward to coming to class and learning from all the great instructors and activities.
