As previously mentions, the only issue I had in this course was the ineffectiveness of the technical response to the tickets submitted for a technical issue connected to actual course material. The material kept breaking up and would not display on a large majority of the book / slides. When tickets were submitted by multiple students in the course. The tech support would reply with what they assumed was a fix, and then you would receive a "ticket closed" email when the actual issue was never dealt with. So who ever is doing the technical issues is clearly not being monitored to ensure they are properly handling issues to resolve and properly close technical tickets. Since ACI is ultimately a middle man to this content and are responsible for ensuring students have access. Someone would address this issue because the tech support are not doing their job. It is the last day of class and my content is still breaking up about 60% if not more of the time and is not even displaying.

I still feel as if i need to learn a lot more before i could ever pass a certification exam but overall the class was very informative.
