The ITIL Foundation course was informative, well-structured, and highly relevant for anyone in IT or service management. It provided a clear framework for delivering value through IT services and helped build a stronger understanding of how processes, people, and technology align with business goals. The content was practical and applicable, and it’s a great foundation for career growth in IT. Highly recommended for both newcomers and experienced professionals.

Both Mr. Lee and Ms. Goodwin break things down in a level that everyone can understand. they have lots of energy which keeps everyone awake and engaged. I would recommand the course to anyone interested!

Overall this course was helpful. Though it was very hard to stay engaged due to there only being a power point slide on the screen everyday. Should this change and actually have the students engage in more than just power point slides it would be hugely impactful. The labs that are created are okay though they become repetitive and a lot of students end up just skipping everything, searching for the answer and continuing on without doing all the steps within the lab due to the repetitiveness of the labs. Would wholeheartedly recommend reconfiguring your labs to be more impactful and engaging.
