Would take another class lead by Joseph Wentzel.
Overall was a good course, i would like more practice tests to be more available on the website. i had to go to outside resources to get more testing practice.
Course was exiting, challenging and enjoyable. Instructor made it amazing for me, he understand transitioning veterans and how challenging is to adapt to a new environment. Real well explained in detail sharing real-work experiences.
Great course. This is most definitely a class that I would recommend to others. Dave is a great instructor who ensures a thorough understanding of materials and the instruction. He has a vast knowledge of ITIL and wants every student to succeed.
I love Jack Quinn!! He is hilariously entertaining and engaging. He gave me a lot of information that I did not even think about to improve my resume and help gear it towards IT. I had more IT experience in my background then I thought and he helped me bring it out. PHENOMENAL INSTRUCTOR!! Thank you Mr. Quinn!
