A very good and informative class considering the short amount of time we had to learn the information.

I enjoy the course and the instructor; and yes, I have learned a lot about CompTIA+. I've learned a great deal about networking, and the terms, and jargon that also goes with it.

A very informative course that could look daunting at first but with the right instructor everything will work out perfectly.

John is a very knowledgeable in this, ITIL course, But I was trying to attempt to learn a new "language" on how this is needed for me to proceed on through this course.

Instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful

I thought this course was going to be boring. But the instructor made fun and engaging, had a lot of fun and actually made want to come to class and learn.
