My personal recommendation is to hire those who have practical and theoretical experience as instructor, don't rely only on certificates.

Overall very good course. Amount of course material provided and time alotted to learn all the objectives and modules in the course did not balance out. Course could of used an additional week/ 20 hours of classroom time for it to be effective.

Great for two weeks. With a significant amount of individual study time I believe I will be successful on the exam.

I would like to thank Mr. John Brown to teaching this. I know it can be hard to do over the internet at times. This was my first window into this type of training and I learned a lot. Thank you.

Good information

Took a subject that is critical to our daily lives and broke it down in fairly simple terms. There was a lot to learn in a very short period of time though. Recommend supplemental study materials and additional exam preparation resources provided. (labs, practice tests, flash cards, etc.)
