It was a very informative class. The more you know.
It had better material than the A+ 1101 further proving to me that class needs some work.
This is a very valuable course and I enjoy all of it.
The material didn't seem to have been reviewed before giving it to us. The materials would not have been sufficient. The instructor was an Integral part of this classes. The course material seemed incomplete and at times I was told it was blatantly wrong. I think everyone should have access to the online labs also since the is no worksheets or supplemental learning materials outside of the slides. Without the work that the instructor did the course materials would not have been enough for gaining a good understanding. So it was the Instruction.
James, an exceptional edutainer and ITIL Foundation instructor, has been instrumental in addressing our queries. Initially, I was uncertain about my decision, but James instilled a positive attitude in me. His encouragement has bolstered my self-belief, making me confident that I can accomplish this. Despite my hearing difficulties, James’s clear and powerful voice projection ensured that I didn’t miss a single word, even from the back of the room. His approachable nature and down-to-earth demeanor make him easy to converse with. The anecdotes from his past experiences, particularly those related to the ITIL Foundation, have been enlightening. I firmly believe that James is a valuable asset to this organization, and his excellent teaching skills make him a truly great instructor. His dedication to education and his ability to entertain while teaching are truly commendable.
The best part of the course was my instructor and his willingness to help me. I'll never forget how he helped me when I was having a tough time with not just the material but with life in general. I just would like to say I'm thankful for Instructor Lee Hughes and moving forward I plan to stay in contact with him.
