Great course. This is most definitely a class that I would recommend to others. Dave is a great instructor who ensures a thorough understanding of materials and the instruction. He has a vast knowledge of ITIL and wants every student to succeed.

Overall I was pleased with the instruction and materials the course provided.

This course was my favorite so far. I think along with myself, the class connected with the teacher very easily and had fun learning.

James was by far the best instructor we had on ACI Learning, provided live example on everything in the class

Greatly assisted in preparing individuals for being effective when applying to jobs in the market. The material delivered also prepared us for improving our resume for jobs in the future.

Awesome class from start to finish. I went from dabbling in IT to feeling as though I can get almost any job in IT, and with my certifications coming down the pipe, it's a sure thing!
