A wonderful classroom thanks to Richs' teaching style, everyone was engaging and participating in interactions with Rich. He facilitates such an open and refreshing environment for learning. ACI Learning is so fortunate to have a trainer like Rich and I cant wait to see our next trainer for compTIA!

John Brown is a delightful instructor and good educator, both explaining the content well and connecting it to real world examples that were extremely helpful when it came to understanding and learning the content.

Overall i thought the course was informational and I do honestly see myself pursuing and getting this certification ASAP. I already have ITIL, but I feel I will get the most benefit from this in my career.
