James is a great instructor.

it is a lot of information in a short amount of time.

Over all my experience was GREAT!! James was instrumental in making sure my IT skills were where they needed to be and I feel comfortable taking the certifications within a couple weeks!!! In my 10 weeks, we had two different instructors....and definitely were not invigorating and did not meet instructor expectation. If James is not a lead instructor, please make him a team lead where other instructors could learn and grow in their profession. The ten students that were in the course the whole time, were very lucky to have James as an instructor!! Thank you James for all you did for us and each student. Your real life examples were AMAZING to make sure information was there and applicable.

Mr. Ronald: Thank you for opening up my mind and learning and understanding things I thought I already knew about, but you took it and absolutely blew my mind! Your passion is much appreciated. So, again, thank you!

Ms. L is one of the best instructors I've ever had. You can tell she really cares and is really passionate. I woke up for class everyday looking forward to attending.

Incredible instructors that help break down the course in a simple and understanding way.

I didn't know what exactly to expect from this course for the week other than we'd probably work on resumes. After having gone through the class, I feel like I got more out of it than I expected. It seemed a little weird at first to have the course in between ITIL/A+, and Network+/Security+, but I actually kind of liked it in a certain way as a sort of break between the technical courses. But, on the other hand, it was a little difficult to try to have things finalized and thinking about job applications and IT-focused resumes when I don't feel ready to take on an IT job just yet (not until I've gone through the remaining classes and have had more time to study and process what I've learned in those). It does give me some ideas on how to approach these processes and the type of mindset to have and the roles that are out there for us to possibly look for & apply to and the timeline for landing a position. Overall though, I did enjoy this course! I was surprised at how much good information I was able to get out of it in just one week!

I left this course feeling Empowered, with a professional resume, refined LinkedIn account, and all the knowledge I needed to stand out in my applications and interviews.
