Nice course! Very educational and informative! I just wish the lab was better.

I'm learning a lot and the instructors know what they're doing

Overall i feel this class was very immersive and beneficial to preparing me for my Network + certification.

Great class

First Impressions are lasting ones, and the first person I met from ACI Learning, was Romeo Marcinkowski, Communication System Support, and he was very instrumental in getting me enrolled. ACI Learning is on that fast track of that continual path for improvement, which I found everything I needed to accomplish this first course, ITIL4 Foundation. From the email communications, to the online ACI Learning website, and that wonderful staff that are always ready to assist.

We did not do labs in class. Instructor provided real-time watch and follow along within terminal windows.

High recommend Jason Burks as a instructor for anyone at ACI Learning. He is a awesome guy, and a fantastic instructor.
