Over all my experience was GREAT!! James was instrumental in making sure my IT skills were where they needed to be and I feel comfortable taking the certifications within a couple weeks!!! In my 10 weeks, we had two different instructors....and definitely were not invigorating and did not meet instructor expectation. If James is not a lead instructor, please make him a team lead where other instructors could learn and grow in their profession. The ten students that were in the course the whole time, were very lucky to have James as an instructor!! Thank you James for all you did for us and each student. Your real life examples were AMAZING to make sure information was there and applicable.

The course is very in-depth and a lot of material, but in the end the instructor makes sure that you fully grasp it before moving on. Good course.

More coffee selections would be great.

Overall great course about the foundation of our future careers, but the labs inability to work outside of the classroom on regular laptops made it hard.

Yall have some work to do. Make the class longer and for your students success. at $15K a head yall could have things like Microsoft office 365 and ADOBE on the computers as well.

Was a great experience overall. Instructors did well. More time to do lab work as well as the course information having better more understandable material would need to be improved upon
