Joseph has shown his 30 + years of experience and breaking down the subjective into a very simple manner. I really appreciate his illustrations on the board which really helped with the course. He is very charismatic and joyful when teaching.

This block of instruction was a highlight thus far! Instructor ensured all knew the material by providing real world examples and elaborating on all subjects. Illustrating how protocols, networks, and the OSI model communicate put everything in perspective!!
