The instructor was delightful and enjoyed the training delivery style. It is a lot of content and information which is great, though, it would be better with some practical technical examples in the field rather than the theory
Answers to audiences' questions to be more straight to the point (shorter).

Very knowledgeable instructor. First day was a little basic for my level but a great refresher. A lot of time on the containers and the microservices but not always bringing it back to how that is related to DevOps. I am familiar with these technologies outside of DevOps but wanted more information on how they work with DevOps.
Great course. It would help in providing coverage of IT processes in audit plan.
Really great teacher. It's just really hard to comprehend what he is saying most of the time. He does however, allow us to ask questions however many times but it just became hard to follow along with him after a while. Also the slides were not that well for those of us that wanted to go back and study off of the slides we used in the class.
While the course has a lot of information that can tend to be dry, it was interesting. The instructor was very knowledgeable of the subject, though at times could be hard to understand when speaking quickly.
Everything has room for improvement but the course was very informative. As the course went along I realized that i had been using majority of ITIL 4 for my career as an electrician. It laid out the why's, what's, who's, and how's. I will continue to use this in everyday life, now that i realize what it is. Thank you
