The pace of class is very difficult, but not impossible, you'll just have to survive on a couple hours of sleep during the course. Some of the material in CompTIA Learning is not listed in the PowerPoints, not sure if this is by design or not. Also there are several typos in the PowerPoints.

First class to take remotely and definitely a different feel versus in a classroom environment. The instructor did a good job given the subject matter. You have really to be dynamic when explaining components of the service value system and Mr. Ward pulled it off well. Enjoyed the class and good to chat with other veterans.

There was a large amount of information taught during the course and I will definitely need to work hard to ensure I retain and absorb it all. The information was presented well by the instructor and he included real world examples of most of the content which helped me understand those areas better.

Found the course to be very challenging. A lot of acronyms. Tough to memorize in short 2 week course. Also found the last several lessons to be beyond the scope of requirements I would expect for people just learning this information. Everything up to that point was very good.

I wish there were a question answer system that used immediate answer feedback per each question, like daily quizzes but the overall course was very informative
