The trainer delivered the session clearly and showed a sympathetic understanding of teachers’ needs. There were plenty of opportunities to practise first aid skills, which made the training practical and engaging. The trainer Andy was very knowledgeable, and I feel I learned a lot today. The advice was useful, and the explanations were clear and easy to understand. Hopefully, I will never have to use these skills, but it is reassuring to know what to do and to have had the opportunity to practise them, just in case.
