Eddie was charismatic and I felt comfortable to ask questions. I would have liked some hand outs or more interactivity as I struggled to focus for the long period of time. I would have appreciated an outline of what to expect in the session. The first hour was very slow and felt like very little was covered.

Even though COVID-19 has made it a little more tricky to get more involved in the learning/taking part of the course, it was still very beneficial. Could be more interactive and more recapping/plenaries, e.g. what does SAMPLE stand for? What does SCALD stand for? And if it could be condensed in any way then it should be.
