Very good refresher course Our trainer explained each section well and also encouraged us to take part in the practical side of the course…….also to be confident in dealing with first aid.

Pam was lovely and created a relaxed environment while providing really clear and engaging content. Useful to have real-life examples and receive information aimed at our organisation's particular needs. Also, incredibly helpful to be able to practice CPR in a more realistic way with the dummies.
