Very informative course with excellent presentation

I have had training with Kevin before and remembered a lot of what he had taught me which gave me the confidence to apply this in my role as Wellbeing Mentor. It was great to have a refresh.

This is my second online training course with Kevin and once again I have really enjoyed learning from him. He creates an environment where everyone is willing to learn and participate without fear of judgment or scrutiny. I look forward to learning from him in future online courses.

Really good The biggest thing I thought was asking the person if they were thinking of ending their life which is something I wouldn’t have thought appropriate before but very enlightening and interesting

Another toolkit Useful contacts Works well alongside other training However if not familiar with active listening, EI I would suggest this would also be neeed

would prefer no pm break. have learnt a few new contacts and ways to help in this situation
