This was a really informative course and helped to deepen my understanding around suicidal behaviours and what I can personally do to support someone who is suicidal in the moment and who to signpost them to for professional support.

Training was very good at guiding me through the process of suicide first aid from spotting signs through to completing action plans for someone. I felt confident in the correct use of language and how to approach this heavy topic.
