I really enjoyed the course, another tool in my toolkit on Suicide, identifying the signs and intervening when required.

I found the session really informative and picked up a lot of different techniques of speaking to people about suicide.

I am happy that I came, I have very bad memory usually but the combination of the workbook and PowerPoint allowed me to make notes that will help me in the future and helped me engage better
