Great course, delivered very well with lots of useful information

Shian was a lovely trainer, she made us all feel really comfortable about a difficult topic and I feel like I’ve gained the skills needed to implement the training in real life.

I thought both courses were great and I feel like I learned lots. I'm really happy to have been offered the coursed for free which is a great resource for venue practitioners.
