Good re enforcement and enhancement of suicide awareness along with previous MHFA knowledge

Not an easy subject to discuss and very emotive and at times distressing but I do feel that I could now recognise the signs and potentially help someone who may be having suicidal thoughts.

Great training session. Very interesting and insightful and the trainer was a pleasure to work with as always.
