A well-delivered and important training that strikes a good balance between awareness and practical guidance. The content is highly relevant, and the structured approach makes it easier to apply in real situations. It also encouraged reflection, which I found particularly valuable.

I was able to ask the question of my son, that I didn't have the words to ask at the time....he had a great Counsellor who walked him back from the edge...after today I feel I could ask 'the question' to anyone I was concerned about.
