Helpful and insightful

The booklet was good but would have liked more stats in it.

The room was overbearing hot. ( not the trainers fault) The pace could have been a little slower to allow process to a very sensitive subject.

Excellent training for awareness and intervention

This course has inspired me to look into doing the full version and has also helped me to understand previous experiences with suicide.

The material covered was very relevant in today's society we're there is a lot pressure on people to perform, either at their job or school, life expectations etc, and knowing these signs can help recognize signs of someone who may not be coping.
