Very worthwhile course and gained knowledge on approaching somesomene regarding suicide.

The course was informative and practical in assisting with ways to approach, recognise and guide with suicidal First Aid. The visuals and videos helped to ull it all together.

The training was excellent. It included theory, discussion, videos, role-playing, all of which helped to understand the material better. It was very clear and the pace was perfect.
