Thank you so much, have really enjoyed these sessions.

A really well delivered course taking into consideration the comfort and inclusion of all participants. I feel much more confident now speaking to someone about suicide and making a safety plan . I particularly appreciated the part when Ben asked us to practice asking him if he was thinking about suicide.

This is a course that should be made widely available to all adults via their workplaces.

An important, life saving course, that challenges the myths and stigmas surrounding suicide. If more people had this training, we could move towards a society where people are able to ask ' are you thinking about suicide?' and therefore prevent deaths by suicide.
