Fantastic.

Thoroughly enjoyed the course content, giving me a basic grounding about suicide prevention, with concise steps to keep in mind and what signs to look out for.

Although I’m very experienced in this area I still wouldn’t say I’m comfortable or overtly confident. Losing a member to suicide recently and having others at risk doesn’t help. I feel far better after today though.

Certainly as a starter gave an understanding of the conditions that could lead to suicide and initial steps to intervene appropriately
