Very engaging and informative training session

Lisa made the training! A topic we all need training on and it was done in such a compassionate but also fun/ engaging manner. Would recommend for sure!

The pacing was impacted due to the time of year and a group member celebrating a birthday on the day. Members had not seen each other for some time, which was a challenging context for the trainer. Overall, it was a very successful delivery given the context.

It helped me understand that the steps I took recently were the correct steps and that I am very grateful for the time the trainer has taken and the company invited me to attend the training. I believe this course should be available to everyone. It has helped me know I can ask a person the question are you thinking of suicide.
