Great piece of training. Provided a lot of information, knowledge and advice that would be really useful in any role working with young people. Increased my knowledge and confidence in this area.

Very enjoyable training well managed with regards and respect to the type of content covered.

For such a heavy topic the course was delivered with care, assurance and sensitivity. It didn't feel heavy. We knew we could have the time and space to ask questions, share own experiences and it was held in a really gentle and safe manner. I have come away feeling more assured and more confident to deal with those conversations and to know that I have handled previous conversations appropriately. I found the safety plan as an action with the individual to take forward really helpful. Thank you Claire.
