Amazing course, really appreciated the support and encouragement to be able to talk about suicide more openly, and not continue to be encapsulated by the fear of talking about it that we have mostly grew up with
Although the subject matter was incredibly sensitive, the course was delivered in such a positive, uplifting, and engaging way. I left feeling much more confident in my ability to recognise the signs of someone in crisis and, more importantly, to make a genuine difference by supporting them. The training was informative, empowering, and has given me practical skills that I feel confident applying if the need ever arises. Christine's approach made a difficult topic accessible, meaningful, and ultimately hopeful.
The course was delivered enthusiastically, and I know that may not be the right word to use considering the course material. However, with a trained who is passionate about the subject matter, raising awareness and empowering others to be brave was inspirational. Difficult conversations were discussed in a positive way, not from fear or negativity, but from a place of hope, hope that you are able to assist that person get the help they need, when they need it most.
