Fantastic morning spent on a serious but very important subject

The course had definitely helped me a lot. Even though I had previously taken steps to be ready to suicidal first aid I didn't feel equipped to help. Being part of the class and actually taking an active part in it have changed this for me. I'm very grateful I could participate in this course and hopefully help someone 1 day.

In conclusion I felt more awareness assured equipped and confident to approach the subject and a person in crisis in a more constructive measured way

I really wish I had taken this course a few years ago, so relevant to professional and personal life. Training was really well delivered.

excellent from start to finish. I am so glad I attended and know there are many transferable skills that I can incorporate in my own and my teams practise. I am excited to get stuck in to it in the new year.
