A tricky subject taught expertly with passion and consideration

I believe this training programme is going to be invaluable to all WAST staff. I myself will be putting it into practice with immediate affect.

i now feel able to recognise signs and actively listen.

I felt that this was one of the best training courses I have been on over the last six months. I felt that the pace, level of engagement for participants and the different activities/ways of sharing information/learning worked well together. I feel like i got a lot from a three hour course.
