I enjoyed the course more than I expected.

Very enjoyable session, was very informative and has helped me understand mental health and suicide alot more.

Very informative course, not as upsetting as previous courses I’ve attended such as the listening courses where personal information gets shared. This course didn’t go that far which I found to be very safe. The fact that the course was on zoom, I think didn’t take away missed opportunities from being in the same room.

before the training, I felt a little uncomfortable addressing the topic of suicide with my clients. I now feel i have the confidence to approach the topic .
