Wasn't sure about how would feel about it but definitely beneficial, and good knowledge of how to intervene.

Helpful to think around this and gain confidence about what is appropriate to ask and say, and where to signpost to. also helpful to recognise the distress that the person must be in, and to be compassionate on ourselves and others when there are such huge struggles

Really good course. It is frightening to approach this subject, so i'm probably 60% confident to speak to someone that i think may be suicidal, no conversation is going to be the same as the video, and this is why i gave it 3 out of 5 (because it is still scary

A very good course indeed - I learned so much and now feel I could manage this kind of conversation. It could be very useful in my work as a careers adviser, as soome of the circumstances I see can leave people feeling hopeless and worthless. I gained a much better understanding of the whole issue as well as having practical tools to use.
