Interesting overall. Not something I think will be used in my day to day role. Believe myself personally needs to be more qualified in order to deliver and discuss such a sensitive topic but good to get some knowledge.

Training leader did a great job was very engaging and had a good balance between highlighting the importance of empathy and pragmatism during mental health crises

Bernadette delivered a great session with empathy and enthusiasm. She broke topics down so they were very understandable.

Really interesting training. Difficult content but trainer was very knowledgeable and engaging so it went quickly and didn’t feel too heavy
