Very well delivered and great discussions around a very important topic. Practical evidence-based steps to help support someone who is considering suicide.

Very interesting and informative. Lots of info, including things I hadn't heard before. Was able to practice conversations, which enabled us to build confidence within the session. Well paced, and the tutor engaged every participant.

I found the course very helpful. I definitely feel more equipped to have a conversation about suicide with someone experiencing these thoughts and also feel more able to challenge the stigma surrounding suicide
