Overall a very good course that I would recommend to colleagues. Feeling much more empowered on the subject.

excellent course- give sounds grounding for dealing with someone talking about suicide. NOt too complicated

I am a better person for having done this course. I hope I don't need to actually use what I have learnt in terms of a suicide intervention but if I did, I'm far better equipped. I think we should teach our children in school from an earlier age, how to talk about helping others in distress.

Really enjoyed the course, was able to learn and teach what I know about mental health.
