Really enjoyed the course and the contents of it overall. I have previously attained a Level 5 CMI Diploma qualification which was very much theory based. I found a lot this course to be like putting "the meat on the bones" of that previous learning which was really useful. Some great takeaways for me personally. Particularly enjoyed the structuring element to this as it is something I need to improve on. I am good at structuring myself, my own days and weeks. But the course gave me some useful tools for helping the team and how to portray the message I want. Through things such as call plans. I also found the DISC profile very beneficial. Although my result didn't surprise me, reading the information afterwards helped me understand some of the areas that will challenge me and more importantly why they challenge me. Knowing these things and the triggers will allow me to better prepared to handle any such situations as and when they arise. Only negative feedback I would give is that I thought the course and trainer to be a little bit rigid at times and not always welcoming of a different opinion from the group. On a couple of occasions it felt a little bit "one size fits all" for some of the approaches which could be contradicting to the profiling elements that we had covered. On the whole though I felt aware enough of these parts to know that sometimes a different approach is required/can be allowed for different personalities.
A very well put together course which I found very useful. The content was very intense with a lot to take in.
Structured and informative. Given the opportunity to delve deeper into test finding and to identify areas to address and improve in the way I use my qualities in the workplace.
Over all the course was good and enjoyable. I find the majority of it useful for development personally and professionally. I felt like some of the workshops were difficult to communicate what we were actually trying to drill down on.
I feel as though I have come out of the course with knowledge I did not previously have and will definitely be implementing techniques with my customers.
Simon is fantastic! Very engaging, and encouraged the whole group to participate. Allowing thought provoking conversation to happen. The content itself for me was pretty beginner and a lot of time spent on subject matter I am confident already in and would have liked to delve deeper into the consultative selling aspect with more relation into our sector. That being said it was valued refresher and reminder, providing a great start to the year
The trainer was knowledgable and helpful throughout the 2 days training, I took a lot from the training and would recommend to any sales person.
