I enjoyed the various activities, all really applicable to both life and work. Really insightful, helped me with my approach towards clients understanding motives first before leading into our services we can offer. This is a more thoughtful and bespoke approach towards handling client relationships as you are acting at their best interest as opposed to working backwards. Good roleplay at the end of the session, definitely want to brush up on my skills as a protagonist.

Enjoyed the course. Found it especially useful the many life examples that was used to demonstrate the point being made. 1 suggestion and perhaps this step was missed as quite a few people arrived 30 min late in the first session, but an introduction about yourself and what you done previously in sales/key account would have been good. When at first I heard your background was an artist and media, I was thinking whether you had any real life experience in sales. It was only day 2 I think that you mentioned that you worked 25 years as a sales director/ consultant, which added the credibility. Great course with lots of info
