Chris Campbell was a very engaging and knowledgeable instructor. The course was informative and practical. The breakout rooms worked really well. There was also good comfort breaks which is important on a day long course to keep everyone engaged and interested. Would highly recommend this course to any of my colleagues.

Really good tips for how to manage your day - especially managing the distractions which have become much more frequent with remote working. This will definitely help me plan more effectively and hopefully carve out the time for relationship building also within the organisation (not just outside work). The relationship between task management and goals was interesting - but I didn't necessarily feel i understood how to focus tasks based on my own goals

Excellent Summary on how to effectively manage time

It was a very interesting day, with lively discussions and group activities. Everyone on the team was extremely positive about the outcome and there are actions that we will definitely be taking forward as a result of the day. It was also interesting to see where the Belbin scale divisions lay.

Orla is an excellent facilitator and the course was very interesting and useful. It was important for us as a team to identify our core values and reflect upon how we communicate and work together.
